about
With over 15 years of leadership experience across engineering, operations, strategy, and ESG transformation, I work with decision-makers who want more than reports
— they want results.
Reflection for Direction, was born out of a clear need I kept seeing across industries. Not only was I seeing a ramp-up in ESG needs, but I was also seeing a step-change in the type and intensity of our technology use; the way we worked—and led—was changing fast.
Companies are now being asked to evolve faster than ever.
And whilst business leaders now recognize sustainability as an imperative for long-term success, many leaders I’ve spoken with didn’t know where to begin.
The pressure is there, but the path is not.
That’s why I founded Reflection for Direction: to give companies clarity, momentum, and direction in their sustainability journey.
I help organizations understand who they are, who they want to become, and how to get there—working closely with leadership teams to chart credible, tailored strategies that will go the distance.
My work is deeply informed by real-world execution. I’ve built governance frameworks and operating models from scratch, led major organisational transitions, and supported sustainability start-ups.
One pivotal moment in my career was building a full-scale PMO for an environmental consultancy at a strategic turning point. It wasn’t just about systems—it was about unlocking purpose-driven performance.
Alongside my client work, I hold an Executive MBA from Cambridge Judge Business School, specialising in Climate, Sustainability and Net-Zero, and a Masters in Chemical Engineering - giving me years of carbon counting experience.
I bring together operational fluency, commercial pragmatism, and technical depth—ensuring the advice I give is both visionary and actionable.

🌊 My favorite trip? Iguazu Falls in Brazil 👉—Indiana Jones vibes included.
